TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Standards

Websites
• A 40% deposit is required before beginning work on a new website. Depending on our workload, websites may be scheduled out in the future. After receiving all photos and content from the client, typical turn around is 4-6 weeks on a new website design. Once the website is made live the remaining 60% is due. Payment plans are available on a client by client basis.

Logo designs
• A 50% deposit is required before beginning work on a new logo. Logos are scheduled out at time of sign up. After that, initial design is done in 2 weeks, with finalization done in 2 more weeks.

Return/Refund Policy
The initial deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you until you are completely happy.

Privacy Policy
Redhotdesign takes your privacy seriously and will never share your information with any third parties.
